Lynn joined Hermanoff Public Relations in the fall of 2010 as an account executive. She brings a wealth of knowledge in social media, community relations and marketing communications. At HPR, Lynn is responsible for creating social media strategy for clients, managing several Facebook and Twitter accounts, assisting media relations, branding and ensuring implementation of public relation campaigns.

Lynn's experience includes five years of Inte grated Marketing Communications at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital. In this
position she was responsible for social media strategy, strategic planning, community relations, internal communications
and website content development.

Responsible for all website and social media initiatives, Lynn developed the hospital social media and managed all website updates for various departments. The social media plan utilized Twitter and Facebook to increase brand awareness, event attendance, employee satisfaction and educational information for consumers. She also implemented strategies for measuring online engagement, responding to comments, monitoring brand and competitors, promoting events, responding to comments and growing the audience.

In addition, Lynn created and implemented the community outreach component of the hospital's strategic plan and created programs for seniors, neighborhoods and faith-based organizations. She served as lead for multi-department
community outreach team, ensuring cohesive messaging by developing unified collateral and educating outreach team
members on speaking on hospital brand and mission.

Lynn graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a bachelor of arts in corporate communications and public relations and a minor in marketing. There she was the vice president of communications for the Student American
Marketing Association and a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

Lynn is currently a member of the American Marketing Association and actively involved with the University of Michigan Alumni Association and Detroit Young Professionals.

A current resident of Dearborn, Lynn enjoys volunteering, baking cookies, blogging, photography and scrapbooking. She
also enjoys spending time with family and doting on her nieces.
