Mike brings 40 years of executive management and sales experience to Hermanoff & Associates. He also has 20 years of fundraising and community volunteerism expertise. As a major gift officer at Cranbrook Schools, Mike raised gifts of $50,000 or more and worked on the annual fund. One of his proudest achievements was bringing in a trustee who donated over $300,000 in 90 days.

For 24 years, Mike was the president and CEO of Craft Industrial Supply Company in Farmington Hills. He has also been the president at W.E. Saunders, Ltd., a veterinary pharmaceutical distribution company based in Downsview, Ontario; and Webber Pharmaceuticals USA, a specialty vitamin company based in Oak Park, Michigan. During the early years of his career, he worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative at Fellows Testagar in Detroit and quickly moved up the ladder to executive vice president. After working for Fellows Testagar for 10 years, Mike became the vice president at Kapco Pharmaceuticals in Kalamazoo.

Mike is well known in the Detroit community for his volunteerism. For 15 years, he served as governor of Cranbrook Kingswood Schools and served on numerous committees. In 1995, he became president of the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit and held that position for two years. He has also given his time to Horizons Upward Bound, Lighthouse of Oakland County and the Detroit Executive Service Corps. Before coming to Hermanoff & Associates, Mike was also a consultant for Gilda's Club.

Mike was in the U.S. Army Reserve for six years and, during this time, he received his bachelor's degree in English at the University of Michigan.

Mike resides in Bingham Farms with his wife Sandra and enjoys fishing, gardening and reading.
